Why do I ask you to make an appointment ?

I’ve been asked why I work on an appointment system so I thought I’d try to explain

I want you to be able to speak to me and not be disappointed if you can’t get hold of me when I’m busy.

Appointments allow me to manage my time

I need time to work on enquiries as well as looking after existing bookings.

I offer face to face appointments at the holiday hut or via zoom

I also offer telephone appointments

Appointments are available Monday-Saturday and include evenings

I try to work around your preference but I do get booked up so don’t leave it too late

I will ALWAYS want to talk to you before I start a holiday search. This is to ensure I have all the information I need and fully understand your requirements

I also book appointments for existing clients to go through travel plans/tickets etc

If you have a holiday booked with me and have a question you can always contact myself or my admin team, if we’re busy we will get back to you as soon as we can.

When you travel you will have a 24/7 contact number in case of emergencies
