I want to say the biggest thank you ever to Wendy Plant for taking the pain out of booking a family holiday. My younger sister invited me to go on holiday with her family which means I have to do all the research, planning, organising and booking. This time I thought NO! Just not doing it 🙂 In strolls Wendy with a magic wand. Holiday all booked to Turkey in October. Total time spent by me – about 5 mins!

Wendy was an absolute life-saver when my partner was looking for a trip to India with his son, but out of the main seasons for India travel due to his son’s work commitments. I wrote to Wendy asking if she could help and find a 10 to 12 day holiday within a 2 weeks window, which would include a couple of train journeys and show the ‘real’ India as well as usual tourist sights. Within a couple of days, Wendy had found the perfect trip with a company called Intrepid Travel. Everything was sorted by Wendy and her team – flights, transfers, tour booking etc. so there was no stress on our part. My partner has just got back from his trip and said it was everything he had expected … and more. We will definitely be using Wendy’s services again.

Well what can I say, Wendy has been my absolute saviour. After getting myself in a right old pickle with choosing our first holiday abroad in a very long time, Wendy found us exactly what we wanted at a brilliant price. Cannot recommend her service enough and will definitely be turning to her again the future. A lovely lovely lady too just to make the experience all the more pleasurable. Roll on October!

Having met Wendy at a business networking event I thought oh right, I can imagine this being good for peoples piece of mind but not likely for me. Within a few weeks I had a job over in Norway and the flights were not straight forward. Well guess what I chose to do and hey I was very glad I did. Wendy was quick to respond, very clear and at no point was she pressing me for business. She is efficient and clearly passionate about doing a professional job and giving a personal service

Very good reliable service from Wendy. She was very prompt at returning calls she stays in touch from the beggining to the end of your travel needs. We booked to go to Cuba with her for our honeymoon and we had an amazing time we had an overnight stay in Havana which was brilliant and a must do for anyone that’s thinking of going. The island we stayed on was perfect and not over busy and the weather was glorious would most definitely recommend Cuba and Wendy for all your travel needs thanks once again Wendy love Paul n Paula (mr & mrs woods lol ) xx

I have booked a UK trip and a European city break with Wendy and both have been excellent, Wendy is very helpful and on hand to answer any questions. She goes above and beyond and it makes such a difference to get a personal service, rather than the standard you get from a high street travel agency. The UK break was a theatre trip as a present for my husband and as well as booking the trip, Wendy even made a gift certificate for me to give as a present, which was a lovely tou…ch.
The city break was to Rome and unfortunately, didn’t go to plan as one member of our party ended up in hospital only hours after our arrival. Wendy was on hand with advice and she even took a call from me despite her being out for the evening, which I really appreciated as I was very worried at the time and needed some advice. She stayed in touch throughout, checking how things were and even sent a get well soon card. A really lovely and personal touch.
I would definitely recommend Wendy and I am looking forward to planning another holiday with her soon.

I’m so sorry that it’s taken me so long to review. Wendy organised our trip to Iceland and New York. We had the holiday of a lifetime. Nothing was too much trouble for Wendy and she was always on the end of an email or phone. Will definitely be booking again once we’ve saved some more pennies! Highly recommended

Just wanted to say a HUGE THANK YOU for our fantastic holiday to Iceland! Jordan was completley surprised and extremley happy as he has always wanted to go. Everything ran absolutley smoothly, the excursions were fab, the hotel was lovely and you made it all so easy.

If I had booked this by myself, I would have been worried and a bit stressed, especially as I usually book holidays with Jordan sat next to me. But I can honestley not explain how simple everything was because you had already organised it all and I just followed your instructions.

It was a brilliant holiday, loved all the excursions especially south coast which you recommended ( and Sterna the company which you booked us with for that, their driver/tour guide was amazing). Jordan absolutley loved it for his birthday and we even saw a little glimpse of the Northern lights on what would have been our little boy Zach’s 3rd birthday!

This was my first ever organised group trip, and from start to finish, was wonderful! Wendy made everything so easy and nothing was too much trouble. From the initial information and booking, to the final drop off, Wendy looked after everyone with humour, knowledge, professionalism and the perfect amount of overview.

Just back from an overnight theatre trip with Wendy’s Wanderers. Her organisation skills are perfect, ensuring nobody feels left out and everyone (somehow) is in the right place at the right time.

We made an appointment with Wendy, gave her our dates and requirements and she did the rest.
Virgin decided to change our flights which would have been a nightmare to rearrange our transfers but Wendy just did it all, we didn’t have to lift a finger.
We had an amazing holiday and everything was just perfect. All our transfers ran to plan no issues at all. This was all due to Wendy’ organisation and planning.
