We have just got back from a fabulous holiday. I had looked at the holiday online before booking with Wendy, however Wendy was able to give me more information about the area before we decided to book it. A couple of months after we had booked the holiday EasyJet had cancelled our flights. Wendy immediately called me and explained the options going forward, by the time the phone call had ended she had emailed me 3-4 different options that we could choose from. This completely took the stress away and we were able to choose a different airport to fly from and keep our hotel. Leading up to the holiday Wendy and her team were on hand to answer any questions and check that we were all ready for our holiday.
