I have booked a UK trip and a European city break with Wendy and both have been excellent, Wendy is very helpful and on hand to answer any questions. She goes above and beyond and it makes such a difference to get a personal service, rather than the standard you get from a high street travel agency. The UK break was a theatre trip as a present for my husband and as well as booking the trip, Wendy even made a gift certificate for me to give as a present, which was a lovely tou…ch.
The city break was to Rome and unfortunately, didn’t go to plan as one member of our party ended up in hospital only hours after our arrival. Wendy was on hand with advice and she even took a call from me despite her being out for the evening, which I really appreciated as I was very worried at the time and needed some advice. She stayed in touch throughout, checking how things were and even sent a get well soon card. A really lovely and personal touch.
I would definitely recommend Wendy and I am looking forward to planning another holiday with her soon.
