I’ve been named as a finalist in the East Staffs and Derbys awards for the best customer service performance 
The judges look at customer feedback – so THANK YOU for sending in your comments and posting your reviews 
The final is on the 9th November 
Awards and recognition mean a lot but looking after you is the best bit , I love seeing you on your holidays making memories 
“Celebrating businesses or organisations that have delivered an outstanding level of customer service for clients and customers over the past three years (since July 2020). The judges will pay particular attention to feedback and surveys, especially where these have been unprompted. Particular emphasis will be placed on customer service that goes above and beyond that expected by the customer or client relative to the service, product and sector” .Find out more here
