Wendy’s Wanderers provides solo traveller ladies with a fun, safe opportunity to travel. All escorted from start to finish previous trips have included India, Tuscany, Scotland, Madeira, Malta, theatre break in London and Croatia.
About Wendy
Business owner and based in Rolleston on Dove in Staffordshire.
“I work from my home office or from my holiday hut at Craythorne Courtyard, Stretton. I have over 30 years award winning experience. Starting my travel career in high street travel agencies I began my own business in 2013. I’m proud to be asked to regularly appear on regional radio/TV and the BBC as a travel expert. Massive growth in the business has lead to expansion, I’m thrilled to have Jane and Claire with me looking after our wonderful clients. I love travel and have been lucky to have been to lots of amazing destinations. My favourite has to be Vegas with over 16 visits so far! I love a road trip, but also enjoy cruises and getting out exploring this fabulous planet. I also love breaks in the U.K., particularly with Monte our cockapoo, fish and chips at the seaside or a London Theatre Break.”
About Claire
Travel consultant-With over 20 years industry experience Claire loves travelling and enjoys her time with friends, family and pets. Claire joined the business in Nov ’24 and works from her home in Derby and the holiday hut.
About Jane
With a keen eye for detail and a passion for travel Jane is the lady who looks after all the paperwork, getting you ready for your holidays. Jane works from her home office in Sutton Coldfield, where she lives with her hubby Brian.
How we work
We will always want to talk to you about your requirements. This means we fully understand your needs and will find the right holiday for you. We can arrange video calls/telephone appointments, you can also visit us by appointment at the ‘holiday hut ‘ at Craythorne Courtyard, Stretton.
Our regular customers love the fact that we get to know them and their needs. We have customers that we’ve looked after for over 30 years, some have become very good friends.
You don’t pay a fee for our services, the tour operators pay us when you travel.
We look after you from start to finish, We’ll always be on hand to answer any questions you have and will get in touch when you return to ask about your trip.
