Coronavirus- important travel advice

These are sad and unprecedented times.
Lots of you will have to cancel or delay your long awaited and much looked forward to holidays and I’m truly gutted for you.
I will contact all my affected customers,I am working in departure date order so please bear with me. I keep my Facebook page updated regularly so please keep an eye on there. Please bear in mind I am self employed, when you have refunds for trips you can’t take I will have worked hours and hours and hours for nothing. I will help you as best I can-that’s what I do 😉

It is important to follow Foreign office advise Foreign Office. If you have travel plans that aren’t booked through me please contact your travel provider.

Over the 30 years or so I’ve been doing this job I’ve dealt with 9/11, ashclouds, airline and tour operator failures, strikes, plane crashes, wars, terrorism to name a few but this supersedes everything as it is on such a huge scale with no known timescales.

What I do know is that people who have booked with reputable agents like myself are being reassured and looked after, having someone to ‘have your back’ is priceless. I also know that once the dust settles there will be a surge in bookings as people try to replace missed holidays.

Please be patient, please be kind and please remember when this is over ( and I’m hoping that won’t be too far away) I will appreciate your business and support more than ever.
Thanks x
